Each day, our in-house cell phone repair technicians are here to help solve your phone problems.  When visiting us, one of our techs will gladly take a look at your phone and promptly provide you with a time and cost estimate for your cell phone repair.  

 All of our customers are also welcome to drop off phones for repair and pick them up at a later time or date.

If you are not located in the Visalia area or simply don’t have time to visit our shop, there is no need to worry.  We will be glad to accept all mail-in cell phone repairs and get it back to you in a timely manner.  Upon receiving your cell phone, one of our technicians will look into the problem and contact you immediately with an estimate of the cost and time needed to get it returned back to you.

Warranty:

The work of our authorized cell phone repair technicians is backed by our Next Step warranty.  Our cell phone repairs (excluding liquid damage) include a 30 day warranty which covers the specific repair made.  If for any reason after getting a cell phone repair you experience the problem again within the warranty period, return the phone to us and we will fix the problem free of charge.
